1. Acceptance
By creating an account or using PsychPod, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. What PsychPod is
PsychPod is a self-reflection tool that helps you track wellbeing patterns over time through daily check-ins. It is not a medical device and does not provide diagnosis, treatment, or medical advice. If you need medical or mental health support, please contact a qualified professional.
3. Your account
You are responsible for keeping your password confidential. You must provide accurate information when creating your account. You must be at least 16 years old, or have parental consent if younger.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the service for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to access other users' data
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code
- Use automated means to access the service
- Submit false or misleading information
5. Your content
You retain ownership of your check-in data, journal entries, and other content you submit. By using the service, you grant us a limited licence to store and process this data for the purpose of providing the service.
6. No medical claims
PsychPod provides information about wellbeing patterns for self-reflection purposes only. The scores, insights, and recommendations are not medical advice. Do not disregard professional medical advice or delay seeking it because of something you read on PsychPod. If you are experiencing a mental health crisis, contact emergency services or a crisis helpline immediately.
7. Termination
You may delete your account at any time via Settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. Upon termination, your data is permanently deleted as described in our Privacy Policy.
8. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notice. Continued use after changes means acceptance.
9. Disclaimer of warranties
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, PsychPod is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Qatar, without regard to conflict of law principles.
