Delete your PsychPod account
The fastest way to delete your account is inside the app: go to Settings → Delete my account. If you cannot access the app, you can request deletion by email and we will action it for you.

- The email address used for your PsychPod account
- A clear statement that you want your account and associated data deleted
What data will be deleted
- Your account and profile information
- Your check-in, history, journal, and wellbeing data
- Friends, messages, badges, and any other records linked to your account
Timeline
When you request deletion, your account is deactivated and scheduled for permanent erasure after a 30-day grace period. Sign back in within those 30 days to cancel and recover your account. After the grace period, your personal data is permanently deleted from our systems, except records we are legally required to retain (for example, Terms acceptance records). Research data
If you previously opted in to research sharing, de-identified data that can no longer be linked back to you may be retained.
