Refund policy
PsychPod is free to use. This policy covers our optional one-time digital purchases: the ad-free upgrade and, in future, export credit packs.
14-day money back
If you are not happy with a purchase, contact us within 14 days of buying and we will refund you in full, no questions asked. These are digital products, so there is nothing to return.
How to request a refund
Email support@psychpod.org from the email address you used to buy. Our payments are handled by Polar (polar.sh), our merchant of record. Refunds are issued through Polar to your original payment method, usually within 5 to 10 business days.
The free app
The PsychPod app itself is free, so there is nothing to refund there. Removing the ad-free upgrade simply means blog ads may appear again on your account.
