Overall wellbeing
Good and improving
Smoothed over your last 14 days
The practice
Built by a clinician. Backed by the research that matters.
Use the 8-question quick check-in most days. Choose the fuller reflection when you have more space or want richer context.
Scores for sleep, mood, energy, focus, calm, social connection, and more. Explanations written in plain English.
Weekly and monthly summaries highlight stable periods, meaningful shifts, and tentative next-day patterns without claiming cause.
What PsychPod tracks
A flat mood score hides more than it tells. PsychPod tracks eight distinct areas, so a bad night of sleep is never mistaken for low mood.
Duration against the 7 to 9 hour evidence range, plus how restorative it felt.
"How was your sleep last night?"
Overall mood, the ability to enjoy things, and how often negative thoughts intruded.
"Were you able to enjoy things today?"
Scored in both directions: exhausted and wired both read as low, steady energy reads as high.
"How would you rate your energy level?"
Irritability, feeling trapped, and how well you could steady your own emotions.
"How easily annoyed or irritated were you?"
Concentration and mental clarity, the cognitive side of how your day went.
"How clear or foggy did your thinking feel?"
Felt loneliness and support, kept separate from how many people you happened to see.
"How lonely did you feel?"
Gratitude and moments of contentment: the positive signals, not just the absence of bad ones.
"Did you feel grateful for anything today?"
Anxiety and major stress events, recorded to explain your other scores rather than to change them.
"Did a major stress event occur today?"
Your overall score averages the seven core domains. Context is recorded to explain the others, never to inflate or deflate them.
Trends that respect reality
Raw daily scores jump around. PsychPod smooths them with a time-aware moving average, compares the result against your own long-term baseline, and only calls something a trend once the change is big enough to matter.
Smoothing never hides a crisis. If any single day falls into the critical range, PsychPod surfaces that day anyway, because a healthy average is not a reason to miss a hard night.
The science
PsychPod is research-informed, but its combined score is not a validated clinical instrument. Model v5 separates what you reported today from your personal baseline and from how much data supports a trend.
A direct 0 to 100 summary of your answers in each area. Higher means that area felt more supported today.
A slow, personal reference built from your own check-ins. It helps separate a hard day from a sustained shift.
A data-quality signal based on distinct days, time span, recency, and consistency. It is not confidence in a diagnosis.
For self-reflection only. PsychPod does not diagnose, treat, or predict a crisis.
